Shooting at a college in Blagoveshchensk

On Thursday, 14th of November, in the city of Blagoveshchensk, a 19-years-old student of the ‘Amur College of the Civil Engineering and Public Utilities’ carried out a shooting in the college with his hunting rifle. As a result — a 19-years-old man was killed, 3 more young people of 17, 19 and 20 years old were injured. They recieved medical help. After the police arrived at the area — the shooter committed suicide. A preliminary guess for the shooting in the college is ‘a conflict between the peers’. A criminal case was initiated after the shooting under the paragraphs «a» and »i», part 2, of the article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia — »murder of two persons, committed out of hooligan motives».

3 Israel — the Gaza Strip
