The news brief, 8 of May 2017


Two explosions have occurred on the road to the memorial complex “Saur-Mogila” in the DPR before the head of the DPR Alexandr Zakharchenko and journalists go to the memorial complex. There were no casualties. Later 5 landmines were found on this road in the Shakhtersky district of the Republic.
Kiev fighters have opened fire on the village Zaytsevo in the north of Gorlovka today. A woman was wounded.

Kiev fighters shelled the positions of the LPR People’s Militia 11 times. They opened fire on the villages Frunze, Kalinovo, Sokolniki and the town Pervomaysk. They used mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms; it has been reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled 12 localities in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Power lines were damaged in the village Kominternovo in the south of the DPR. A civilian was wounded in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk.
